I contacted AHS following problems with the boiler not producing enough heat and then cutting out. Within 2 hours an engineer arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. After ordering the necessary replacement parts he came back as planned and fitted them satisfactorily. We now have nice hot water again!

i contacted AHS after our school heating system developed a fault,the staff who took my call were knowledgeable and confident they could help ,even though we were not a current customer.
we had a engineer out in just over 24hrs ,he advised the fix and the parts were ordered.
the team kept me informed of the progress of the parts and when the engineers could fit them.
the guys came on site and sorted the problem in brilliant time.
i will not hesitate to call again and will contact them about servicing etc.

We had to replace a very old, very inefficient boiler located in our cellar but we were worried that a new condensing boiler could not go in the same place but AHS came up with a great idea of a pump to take the condensed water into the waste pipes in the floor above. We are very pleased with the new system. Our house has never been so warm. Thank you AHS for your professional and friendly team.

I have had various engineers out to look at boiler and radiators. Everyone on every visit was highly professional and genuine nice guys. They explain everything they do, are always polite and courteous and never go until all is fixed and working. A great Team of people I would always use this company as very transparent in what they do and trust them 100%.

It was great to find such a friendly, efficient and professional company to replace and re-site our gas boiler. We particularly appreciated their "can do" attitude and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many thanks.

It's never great when your heating goes down in early January. We were very pleased AHS, who service our boilers, were able to send an engineer round by lunchtime. The problem was diagnosed and the engineer came back later with the part required and fitted it. I am sorry I cannot remember his name. Excellent service!

In need of a new, dedicated oil boiler with winter closing in, we called AHS who have been servicing our old range-cum-boiler for a while now. Nick came out to survey and advise - no pressure whatsoever and very knowledgeable - within a couple of days and we agreed a plan, which, thank goodness, could be executed before Christmas.

Robbie and Murray were the engineers and from the moment they arrived it was obvious that they were more than qualified, efficient and, above all, very considerate - even of our 2 rather boisterous labradors.

What has been so impressive is how much care they have taken to ensure that pipework etc is accessible and very neatly - if not aesthetically - done.

The icing on the cake: at the end of each day, without prompting or any expectation on our part, we found that Robbie had thoroughly cleaned and mopped - yes mopped! - our large kitchen floor.

The job wasn't cheap, but in this case we most certainly got what we paid for. If these guys are the ambassadors for their company and what it stands for, it's in very fine fettle indeed.

When my 25 year boiler failed without warning during cold weather, AHS, who had serviced my boiler hitherto, were very quick to arrange for it to be inspected. They were very quick then to provide estimates for repair and/or replacement,the latter of which they carried out both as soon as practicable.

During the carrying out of all this work. I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness of all the AHS staff I have encountered.
