Electrical Safety Checks for Landlords

It important for landlords to have an electrical engineer test the RCD/consumer unit in their rental properties. Fines can be applied should your rental property not comply with the latest electrical safety regulations.  It recommend that a periodic inspection and test is carried out by a registered electrician on your rental properties at least every three years.
